If I could rate 6 stars I would. This is the second time I’ve used Computero for computer repairs (two different systems) and the second time I’ve been absolutely blown away by the level of service. Besides being a hell of a nice guy, Bart is thorough, patient, and it’s extremely evident that he cares about both the quality of his work and your satisfaction as a customer. When it looked as though the laptop I brought in might need to be sent to Dell for warranty service he offered to take care of the process for me, saving me an enormous hassle. It proved to not even be necessary though as after continuing to investigate he was able to narrow my problem down to it’s source and fix it in shop.
I don’t typically do reviews, but I believe that this place is really one in a million. I am a customer for life and would recommend Bart’s services to anyone in a heartbeat.
