Bart Piotrowski is very knowledgeable and the ultimate professional. He answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was annoying or interrupting him. At the end of the installation, he asked me if I had any questions about the services he performed — he is very thorough. He did not leave until I was up and running — accessing the applications that I told him were very important to me.
