The technician was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Everything was so well explained. They treated me with a great deal of Respect. None of my questions were ignored or put down. Not like some of those other places. (who will remain nameless)-You know who you are… The results were wonderful. The price was very reasonable, but this kind of service is worth so much more! I called them in the morning, and they were here in the evening ! They were great. They fixed my laptop and now I can browse the internet without interruptions. They even called cablevision for me to address a service issue!
